    Hello,

    Sorry to keep opening tickets, but I am not able to search the forums for only Envor, without bringing up all of the other Joomla template support tickets.

    If you had a way to filter specific templates, like a advanced search, then that could probably save you a ton of work. =)

    If you go to your demo site below, and click on a content tag, you will get an error (not even a proper page layout). I’ve opened a ticket on the K2 site, but no one has answered for days. Maybe you are able to help resolve this?

    Issue occurs:
    -My site, demo site, and fresh new site I rolled out with quick start package.

    -I’ve tried downloading K2 from their site, and re-installing K2 with no luck.

    Demo Site Page:
    http://demo.cththemes.com/envor/index.php/envor-home/index-7

    K2 Site ticket opened:
    https://www.joomlaworks.net/forum/k2-en/49389-error-when-trying-to-click-and-open-k2-tag-links

    <u>Ticket from K2 Community:</u>

    PHP 7.0
    K2 2.8.0 (current version)
    Joomla 3.8.8

    Call to undefined method ElementParser::userGetName()

    Then if I look in my php error log.

    [01-Jun-2018 10:05:29] WARNING: [pool www] child 18359 said into stderr: “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Notice: Undefined variable: postType in /var/www/name/templates/envor/html/com_k2/templates/default/tag_item.php on line 35”

    [01-Jun-2018 10:05:29] WARNING: [pool www] child 18359 said into stderr: “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Notice: Undefined variable: postType in /var/www/name/templates/envor/html/com_k2/templates/default/tag_item.php on line 50”

    Line 35:
    <?php if($postType === ‘6’):?>

    Line 50:

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi, please edit the file to use AzuraShortcode instead of ElementParser

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Can you please be a little more specific? I know enough to be dangerous, but I’m not sure how to do what you ask.

    I understand that you want me to edit:

    /templates/envor/html/com_k2/templates/default/tag_item.php

    but I am not sure what the shortcode is, and how to edit the file and not throw an error.

    Sorry and thanks!

    Thank you for your help!

    I have cleared my cache and the site is working as expected. Please don’t forget to have the main distribution package on Theme Forrest updated, so that future customers do not have the same problem.
