I use the portfolio style 11, and I want to let the part of details, permanent when I will scroll down the left part. How can i Do it?

Hello again.
Now, it is shows me a few bars as in the image.
I do not want that the bars appear.
Other one asks … how can I centre Details? (To way of the gray part)
