    Hi Support,

    I’ve added an ‘Event Date’-search box (https://prnt.sc/p40orm) to my Filter Hero Section, on the homepage slider (https://prnt.sc/p40ple).

    However, when I select an specific date, for example 12th of Septembre, next thursday (https://prnt.sc/p40q2l), and I would like to find some listings on that day, it seems it is not working properly.

    The date is missing in the filter listing, on the search page: https://prnt.sc/p40qmx. In that way, there are no filters active, which results in showing all off the listings (in my case, all the 6 listings I’ve added to my site).

    Is there any fix on this? So that the ‘Event-date’-search box is connected to the calendar of the listings (https://prnt.sc/p40rzf)?

    Kind Regards,
    Aron Verhoeven

    You have to use YYYY-MM-DD format ( 2019-10-09 )

    Hi Support,

    Thanks for your reply. Is there an way to construct it for my ‘countrys format’. So DD-MM-YYYY?

    Or where can I find the folders, to change the date order?

    Sorry, my bad: is there an way to change the date order for the results of the search query?

    So currently the search query will only have effect on the format YYYY-MM-DD. I would like to change that to DD-MM-YYYY.

    Because all my dates on the website are in DD-MM-YYYY.

    It’s not possible. You have to use that format

    Okay, so there is no way to change this?

    I’ve now changed the date format, however, it seems it is still not working. I tried 12th of September, but I does’nt find any listings, even I’m sure there is an active listing tomorrow.

    I’ve changed in my settings of WordPress, the date format to YYYY-MM-DD. However, still not working..

    All the filters doesn’t work. Now Open is also not availble: https://prnt.sc/p5331t.

    Is there an change in any update in the future, it will be available to make use of DD-MM-YYYY in the filter? Makes more sense to users of my country.

    Hi Support,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Seems there is something not working. Today is wednesday, however, on an listing page, it say’s ‘Open’, but that listing is only active on Tuesday..

    See: https://prnt.sc/p7nv2t & https://prnt.sc/p7nvcs.

    I’ve checked the translation in LocoTranslate.

    It is on this page: https://www.marktadvisor.nl/markt/weekmarkt-wijk-en-aalburg/. The strange thing is, on other listings, which are on Tuesday as well, I dont have this problem.. (example: https://www.marktadvisor.nl/markt/weekmarkt-aalsmeer/)

    Seems like it has something to do with login or logout? When I’m logged out the listings is displayed as open, when I’m logged in, the listing is closed..

    Disregard! Seems to be solved. I’ve deleted the dates and times of that specific listing, and it is working now. Weird, but solved so far.

    Maybe because of some updates.

    I would like to come back on Reply #36269:

    I’m still not able to search on dates, however, I am sure I changed the date in the azp_filter_event_date. See:
    https://prnt.sc/p8d7fk.

    Thanks in advance.

    You can try to search on this page: https://www.marktadvisor.nl/?event_date=&search_term=&lcats%5B%5D=. In the right widget, you can find ‘Datum’ which means date. It doesn’t work.

    And I am sure there are listings on that day. Try for example tomorrow (Friday 20th september): https://prnt.sc/p8dlgp. ‘Weekmarkt Dinxperloo’ is active on this day, but not visible.

    I meant the event date filter for date-time fields not for Available Dates (calendar) https://prnt.sc/p8m08l
    So in this case, you have to change event_date name to checkin name https://prnt.sc/p8lzlq
    Also you can use any format for checkin field.

    Okay, I have changed ‘event_date’ to ‘checkin’, however, seems still not working.

    And also, when I press the ‘Submit Search’ button, It doesn’t seem to be ‘copied’ to the widget search field. So maybe that is the problem?

    So I select an date in the Listing Search Hero search bar on the homepage (see: https://prnt.sc/pblwqp), however, when I click ‘Submit Search’ (translated to ‘Zoeken’), it directs me to the search page. However, then the date is deleted (see: https://prnt.sc/pblxgw).

    Maybe that causes the problem? Because when I select an Categorie in the Listing Search Hero it is copied well.

    Thanks in advance.

    You also need to change field name for hero form to checkin: https://prnt.sc/pbnqq0

    Thanks for your reply. In my opinion I’ve changed the field name for hero form too (see: https://prnt.sc/pfvev0), but it seems it doesn’t work.

    Anything else I can do?

    For example: when I search on the 8th of Octobre, I can’t find any listing. But I’m sure that there is an listing active: https://prnt.sc/pfvgdn.

    Thanks in advance.

    Did you mean search date not showing on filter field: https://prnt.sc/pfwcb2

    Yeah, that’s what I mean.

    I think that is the reason that it can’t find any listings.. But also the weird thing is, when I select the date on that page itself, it doesn’t search.

    So if I set an date on https://www.marktadvisor.nl/?checkin=&search_term=&lcats%5B%5D=, it doesn’t search..

    Try this: https://prnt.sc/pgd2ao

    $value = '';
    if( isset($_GET['checkin']) ) $value =  $_GET['checkin'];

    and https://prnt.sc/pgd2iy
    <?php echo $value; ?>
