    Hi Br4in5s0rm,

    For me the same problem. I’ve created an page where I would like to only show 3 ‘Featured Listings’. However, there are still unfeatured listings visible.

    Even when I selected the listings to be orderd on Featured Listings, it sometimes doesn’t work.

    1 – You have to order listing by Featured Listing from settings -> CityBook Add-Ons -> Listings tab.

    2 – For me the same problem. I’ve created an page where I would like to only show 3 ‘Featured Listings’. However, there are still unfeatured listings visible.

    –> Listings with featured will display first then non-featured.

    Ok, I understand.

    So when Listings are sorted by Featured, what are the non-featured listing results sorted by?

    I have my search results sorted by Ratings (if you remember before you gave me the code to insert to core-functions.php, but the rating section was just commented out)
    I still want all my listings sorted by ratings, with featured results always on top

    Could be possible to limit listings to only show 3 results via php edit for that section only?

    Hello Br4in5t0rm,

    you can try this fix: https://prnt.sc/oz1415

    $query->set('orderby', 'meta_value_num');
    $query->set('order', 'DESC');

    and this https://prnt.sc/oz14mg

    $post_args['orderby'] = 'meta_value_num';
    $post_args['order'] = 'DESC';

    Does this only have effect on an specific page? Or on all the pages with an search widget?

    Hi Aron,
    I have not applied the fix yet, but judging from the php files being edited Im guessing whenever a search is conducted sitewide.

    The code is working for listing archive pages ( listing post type, listing location, listing category ) and search page too.

    Just an normal single listing page: https://www.marktadvisor.nl/standhouders/.

    It’s an landing page, but I would only like to show 3 featured listings, so they know how it looks like and what they can expect.

    If the code can only be effected on this specific page, that would be nice.

    You can order listings by featured then set posts to show option to 3.
