    Hi team,

    Getting a bit lost on customizing the listing contents.

    First in the “submit” tab:

    1. Media upload -> Media limit, doesn’t seem to be working. Can still upload more than selected number of photos.
    2. Is there a way to set different upload limit for different plans?
    3. “Hide timezone” not working

    Second when editing a certain listing category:

    1. Additional Features area doesn’t show up in back and front-end. (Where does this go?)
    2. Content Widgets Order area: After hiding certain widget it can’t be un-hidden even if you unchecked the box and press update.

    Lastly some other questions:
    1. What can featured listing do?
    2. Is there an example of what an AD looks like? I tried activating one but couldn’t see it anywhere.

    I am sorry.

    First in the “submit” tab:

    1 – Are you sure? Each upload field has that file limitation number. So if the page have 3 fields then user can upload 3x files.

    2 – It’s currently not possible

    3 – Would you give me more info about this?

    Second when editing a certain listing category:

    1 – They are showing as available for author to select when submit listing, each category selected has available features. It’s also displaying on single listing page.

    2 – Ok, let me check it.

    Lastly some other questions:

    1 – Featured listing has featured badge: http://prntscr.com/ku6xrt
    You can also make listings order by featured listing ( see Settings -> CityBook Add-Ons -> Listings tab then Order Listing By field ) so listings are showing first.

    2 – Here it is: http://prntscr.com/ku6ya9

    Hi

    Thanks for helping out.

    First in the “submit” tab:

    1 – I was adding a listing with admin account so I could add unlimited photos….tried creating a new account and it works – thanks.

    3 – So even when I checked the “hide timezone” box in the “submit” setting, it still shows up in the business hour widget in a single listing.

    Second when editing a certain listing category:

    1 – I understand the featured thing -> I’m actually asking what does this field do? (see attachment) Doesn’t seem to show up anywhere

    Other questions:

    1 – Got it. However if I choose featured first -> What are the rest of the listings ordered by?

    Hi,
    3 – you can use this custom style to hide the timezone value:

    .listing-timezone {
       display: none;
    }

    For category,
    The fields are selected from listing submit page and showing in listing additional widget.

    1 – Got it. However if I choose featured first -> What are the rest of the listings ordered by?

    The rest are ordered by created date.

    Hi gokulchand ,

    It’s currently not possible but you can type your existing location title to assign the listing to that location.
