In Appearance> Customize… i have only “widgets” area!
I don’t have Header, Footer, Custom CSS, Colors options…

Ok: i have a problem with Kirki plugin. When it is activated, it doesn’t work and i see only widgets area…
I’ve deactivated all other plugin, but doesn’t work 🙁
What can i do to customize header and footer options?

I have just purchased this theme and have exactly the same/similar problem.
– Site Identity
– Homepage Settings
– Additional CSS
and am missing:
– Static Front Page
– General Options
– Header Options
– Thumbnail Sizes
– Colors & Fonts – Options
– Blog Options
– Portfolio Options
– Google Map
– Footer Options
– Error 404
Actually I am just testing it ot on my local machine, therefor there is no wp-admin account data to send here but this indicates that this might be a “general” problem and not just an individual one for what the solution must be beyond the individual installation
Hopefully you have already found the solution and can make it public asap
Very nice theme, exactly what I was looking for since months, it ust has to work now…

first of I would like to thank you for that fast reaction, I would not have awaited any update “over night” but was positive surprised that I had found that message this morning
Thant said, unfortunately I am still having the exact same issue after the update, there is no change at all, even though I am running version 1.1
I should add, that this problem is exactly the same here on my local host under windows as on my CentOS remote server, so this is not specific to any single installation or environment.
Also note that I get the following message:
“You have installed Kirki. Activate it to take advantage of this theme’s features in the customizer.”
If I do so I am even more reduced to just get the “widgets” tab shown, not any single one more
So there is definately a “bug” in your code producing a conflict not only with WP customization if not also with this Kirki plugin and I just wonder how that works for you.
Also I have to note that I am woirking with a fresh WP install and have nothing else installed/activated as the required plugins for your theme.
Hope that’s an easy fix, as this aspect is the most essential part of any third party theme

The problem is with Kirki latest version so you have to update theme to latest version.
After update it please delete your browser cache then check again.

thank you very very much. Now it works.
I just realized that I am one of the first users of this theme as it has only recently been released as a WP theme
I have seen it months ago as a “normal” html template and since then was looking for something similar for WP
Very happy having found it now yesterday accidentally and that the support is great
