    Hi there,

I have imported 390 listings and their users (and then linked them up) but I also need to import subscriptions as otherwise they will not be able to add/edit a listing.

These are our existing users we have already – obviously once this site is up and running new ones will go through automatically but I need to get our existing users in this site.

I have tried using All Import to import to Subscriptions but it is not placing things in the correct place (ie Names in the Plan field).

Do you know the correct way to do this please?

I am sorry, it’s not possible.

Ok, thanks. So how would you handle it if a customer already had a website and then wanted to create a CityBook site and transfer their users/listings/subscriptions?

    Hi Cravenplan99,

I think I have the smaller version of your problem. I already have clients, but they should be able to add listings at all time. However, they don’t pay via my CityBook website. I charge them automatically every month with a fee. I’ve setup an Plan called ‘Organisations’ set it to free, created the users profile, and give them the option to add unlimited listings.

Maybe this works for you too?

The only time-consuming thing is to create the accounts and add the subscription profile manually…

    Good luck.

Thanks so much Aron for helping. Looks like I have to add them in manually. Oh well, at least it only has to be done once and then new users will be going through the website 😉

    Good luck with your business.

    Kind regards.
