I just encountered some error as title.
1. Dashboard stopped working for everyone except the admin. Keeps jumping back to homepage.
2. When logging in, after the pop-up disappeared, the page still shows the status of not logged in. Have to refresh the page to be logged in?January 8, 2019 at 2:16 pm #28692
About the 1st point, I found out it only happens after I logged out of one account and logged in with another one. After a couple of minute then it works fine. Strange.January 9, 2019 at 11:45 am #28722
I think browser needs the time to clear previous user authentication cookies then set for new user.January 10, 2019 at 9:45 am #28760
Hmm..Okay, what about the second point?January 14, 2019 at 1:04 pm #28815
Yes, the page need to refresh to get user logged in.January 15, 2019 at 12:37 am #28857
Okay…but that is very strange and counter-intuitive.
I’ve never seen a website that needs to be refreshed for users to be logged in.
I mean, even this support forum can do that, why can’t the theme?January 18, 2019 at 2:01 pm #28991
anything on this?
Thanks!January 19, 2019 at 3:50 am #29036
Maybe simply add an auto-reload function should be enough?January 21, 2019 at 3:29 pm #29069
Yes, by default the theme automatically reload page after user successfully logged in.January 21, 2019 at 3:54 pm #29071
Okay so it seems my problem is that the site is not reloading after login.
I seem to recall it used be able to do that before… what can I do to make it work again?

The site is automatically reloading but more faster. So you can this fix: http://prntscr.com/m9zdgiJanuary 21, 2019 at 5:23 pm #29090
Okay so it’s reloading but way too slow?
Also will you fix this in the next update? I don’t want to edit the code after every update 🙁January 23, 2019 at 9:52 pm #29137
Yes, it will be fixed.February 20, 2019 at 12:54 pm #29664
Is this issue resolved in the new updates?
Thanks!February 21, 2019 at 6:18 am #29703

Not solved, updated to the latest version -> still the same though.February 22, 2019 at 12:09 pm #29763February 22, 2019 at 12:16 pm #29768
Yes I know this works. But I thought you are fixing this in the new updates so I won’t need to change it every time whenever there is a new update?February 22, 2019 at 4:05 pm #29791
I am sorry, because 10000 mili seconds is too slow so we use 70000 mili seconds instead.
Ok, new option for that value will be added so you won’t need to change it every new update 🙂
