    Hi,
    when I bought this template I thought it was perfect. I adapted it for myself and started testing, unfortunately I have a lot of problems. I am asking for help because I cannot continue working:

    1. The client and author dashboard are almost the same. Why is the customer able to buy a subscription?

    2. Why is the chat option in Dashboard only for contacting the administrator? After logging in, a regular customer should see in Dashboard a chat inbox with the messages he has sent to hotels.

    3. Very important data is missing in the confirmation, which is sent by e-mail to the author:

    – missing from when to when the reservation is made. There is no sense of the number of nights.
    – the amount of the reservation is also missing in the email, after logging in to the Dashboard, the author also does not see the amount of the reservation – can’t it be ??
    – if the author cancels the reservation, the customer does not receive an email canceling the reservation, how should he know that his reservation is not valid ??

    Can it be fixed somehow? Without this booking module in this template does not make sense?

    1. The client and author dashboard are almost the same.

    –> They are different. Author has chart, listings and ads only.

    Why is the customer able to buy a subscription?

    –> It’s theme core feature, normal user can buy membership plan to be author.

    2. Why is the chat option in Dashboard only for contacting the administrator? After logging in, a regular customer should see in Dashboard a chat inbox with the messages he has sent to hotels.

    –> It’s default contact. User can go to single listing page to chat with author.

    3 —> you can use {checkin}, {checkout}, {day}, {times}, {slots}, {notes}, {adults}, {childrem}, {infants} email tags.

    1. Can I set the reservation price in the mail or in the Dashboard?

    2. Can you set up the chat so that after entering each auction you can only contact the author of this auction. I don’t want to chat with the administrator.

    Thank you very much for your help!

    But unfortunately I still have a problem:
    1. After purchasing membership, the administrator does not receive an e-mail notification, so I do not know that someone has purchased membership – he must enter “Author Subscriptions” and confirm manually.

    2. When purchasing a membership for payment checkout, the customer can enter a note. Where can you see this message because it is nowhere to be found?

    Hi,
    of course I use “New Order Admin Emails” but unfortunately it still doesn’t work 🙁

    All other notifications work. Other emails are also coming.

    Only this notification does not work.

    Could you login and fix it somehow, it’s very important to me.

    Hello, the email comes when user go to pricing table page ( https://www.easybook.cththemes.org/pricing-tables/ ) and select non-free membership plan then redirecting to checkout page: https://prnt.sc/q98dol
