We would like to know how exactly works contact form with owner.
As far as we could understand, the logic is the following:
1. Fulfills the form and send it
2. On submitting, he became a user
3. To see his message and owner response he has to sign in to his dashboard.
Traveler doesn’t know his password, and he doesn’t receive any email with his data. How could he sign in?
1. Need to go to his dashboard to see if he has any messages
Owner doesn’t know that he has a message and receive any email about the messages he has on his dashboard. Is there any option to notify that?
Is there any other way to simplify the communication? For instance, simple form that is just sent to the owner?
Thank you very muchAugust 21, 2019 at 12:13 pm #35111

I have two questions here
1. Listing owner could have multiple listings. How could he know from which of them the form was sent?
I mean, if there is a possibility to insert listing ID, Title or link into the mail that the owner receives.
2. We have added GDPR checkbox to the form lately, but it was removed after the last theme update. We have a child theme active but I guess that we need to create a custom directory to make permanent changes on plugin files. How could we do that?
Very grateful for your helpSeptember 9, 2019 at 4:16 pm #35906
1,2 – You have to override author_message.php file in child theme ( azp_templates/author_message.php ) https://prnt.sc/p3oon3
<input type="hidden" name="listing_id" value="<?php echo get_the_ID(); ?>">
