    Hi,

    I have few problems & questions :

    1. I configurated cytybook theme and this message appears when pages load :

    Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /homepages/21/d784178665/htdocs/mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/citybook-add-ons/includes/class-cart.php on line 429

    Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /homepages/21/d784178665/htdocs/mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/citybook-add-ons/includes/class-cart.php on line 429

    I have reinstalled the theme several times but it still displays. Everything is up to date wordpress and woocommerce, I have no problem in the report (version 5.7 database, version php 7.2, …)

    2. I made booking tests with booking time picker and/or time slots I noticed that in the tab “reservation” or the author of a list, the time does not appear! There is only booking date. How can he approve if he does not know the time requested? Did I misunderstand something?

    3. In the mails sent after the reservation, the details of the reservation do not appear: phone,booking date and time…

    4. When creating an account, the author or the client receives a link with his password: it is wordpress link to my host! They can not have access to this … I checked “show passwprd list” in cyty book add on settings, but there is always the wordpress link to change the passport in the mail

    5.Can you explain to me more clearly how the payment of list authors works? In my case, I do not want to offer paid subscriptions, only free. I would like to receive the money from the reservations and then pay them to the sellers by transfer or other. Is that how it works? Because at no time the bank details of the author are requested … so I do not understand how the author is paid for his bookings.

    Thanks for your help 🙂

    –> YES. Just create listing plan with price is 0. Then author can subscribe the membership plan by clicking on it.

    I would like to receive the money from the reservations and then pay them to the sellers by transfer or other. Is that how it works? Because at no time the bank details of the author are requested … so I do not understand how the author is paid for his bookings.

    –> YES. When someone book and pay for a listing, money will be sent to your paypal/stripe account. And listing author will receive their money (based on membership plan commission rate) in wallet. The author can submit a withdrawal request then you review and approve it ( send their money to requested account manually )

    Read more details about author membership at: https://docs.cththemes.com/docs/author-membership/

    4 – You can disable the greeting email: http://prntscr.com/ocxutv
    Or using custom plugin to change the email message.

    Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /homepages/21/d784178665/htdocs/mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/citybook-add-ons/includes/class-cart.php on line 429

    What could be the probleme and how can I hide this ?

    2. time does not appear on tab “reservation” or the author of a list. There is only booking date. How can author approve if he does not know the time requested? Did I missed something? How ca I see time juste side booking date ?

    I have others questions about what you said :

    – About author payment :

    “–> YES. When someone book and pay for a listing, money will be sent to your paypal/stripe account. And listing author will receive their money (based on membership plan commission rate) in wallet. The author can submit a withdrawal request then you review and approve it ( send their money to requested account manually )”

    What I do not understand is if the author chose a free plan, so he did not use any kind of payment, so how can stripe or paypal send him the money?

    In any case, I did tests and I get the money as admin but not the author. After there is a payment deadline of about 7 days with Stripe (I think), is it so to receive the money it is necessary that the admin is first paid by stripe?

    The payment of bookings to the author is really not very clear so these are the most important elements of your theme … 🙁

    – about disable greeting email: http://prntscr.com/ocxutv

    Ok but if the subscriber has lost his password and he asks again he will receive the same kind of mail with a link to my host isn’t ?

    More over, sender of the mail is “wordpress” and not the name of my site, can I change that?

    Thank you for your answers. Can you also answer my previous comments please ?

    1 – Would you show me how to generate the error and your WordPress admin account to check? Because I can’t see the error for our site.

    2 – We will check and fix it soon.

    What I do not understand is if the author chose a free plan, so he did not use any kind of payment, so how can stripe or paypal send him the money?

    –> Money doesn’t send to author directly. I will be sent to you (site owner ) account ( added on Settings -> CityBook Add-Ons -> Payments tab )

    In any case, I did tests and I get the money as admin but not the author. After there is a payment deadline of about 7 days with Stripe (I think), is it so to receive the money it is necessary that the admin is first paid by stripe?

    –> YES. then you can send author earning manually when he submit a withdrawal request: http://prntscr.com/odixoe

    Ok but if the subscriber has lost his password and he asks again he will receive the same kind of mail with a link to my host isn’t ?

    –> YES.

    More over, sender of the mail is “wordpress” and not the name of my site, can I change that?

    –> Try these options: http://prntscr.com/odiy7n or using smtp email server ( https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-send-email-in-wordpress-using-the-gmail-smtp-server/ )

    Thank you for your answers.

    1. Just go to my site and test it you will see the messages appear in connected or public version when a page loads.

    It is currently in “coming soon” mode but you can put some public intants to test if you want.

    Here are URL and IDs: https://quickforget.com/s/0d190812ce7c7d66d442a3c4ab01b59d

    2. Yes it would be great, because otherwise it is impossible for me to use this theme because everything is based on the booking system with time. I really need it to be displayed, and I do not think I’m the only one in this case … When do you think that it will be corrected, to know approximatly ?

    If I may, for a next update it would be nice if the author can easily recognize bookings he has already accepted, those waiting and those refused. Because now everything mixes on the same page with the same message (“Approuved”) and color, it’s confusing.

    3. About payment author, forgive me for understanding but my question is still there when and where I have access to the author’s bank details to pay for it ? When he makes the request to be paid, he gives his bank details, is that it?

    I have two other problems with the theme:

    – When an author registers and chooses the free plan, he / she will find a blank page instead of the checkout page. The subscription still seems to be taken into account but how to make the page appear correctly ?

    About services “fee”, I have tests with differents commission rates but it is still 10% that applies (in any case for the free list) when paying …

    Thank you for your time & answers

    1 – I don’t understand your question well.

    2 – It’s ok. The new update will be released next week.

    3 – About payment author, forgive me for understanding but my question is still there when and where I have access to the author’s bank details to pay for it ? When he makes the request to be paid, he gives his bank details, is that it?

    –> He can only choose paypal or stripe payment.

    4 – Select success page where he will be redirected to at Settings -> CityBook Add-Ons -> General tab: http://prntscr.com/odz6nc

    5 – About services “fee”, I have tests with differents commission rates but it is still 10% that applies (in any case for the free list) when paying …

    –> Would you give me more details about this?

    Hi,

    Thanks

    1.Message is no longer displayed, you have corrected something?
    2. Great !
    3. ok it’s fine
    4. ok
    5. About services fee, I do not know what else to say. Only when I change the commission rate, it always remains at 10% when calculating the total amount on the payment page.

    Otherwise I noticed you do not use H1 for titles but directly H2. It’s normal ? For SEO, It would not be better to have H1 for listing titles, title home page… ?

    –> No, I didn’t

    5 – Use this filter on your child theme’s functions.php to remove the fees

    add_filter( 'esb_listing_fees', function($fee){
        return 0; // percent
    } );
    add_filter( 'esb_listing_vat', function($vat){
        return 10; // percent
    } );

    –> You can edit the hero section element to change h2 to h1: http://prntscr.com/of2o7b

    and use this custom css

    .intro-item h1 {
        color: #fff;
        font-weight: 700;
        padding-bottom: 20px;
    }
