    Hi there,

    1. I have an annoying white bar above my header, been struggling to remove it via css/pages. I am using a custom made header with some pages on it and the User Sign in link. (First tested by commenting out the logo, search bar and submit listing button, which worked, and then removed it altogether for cleaner code since its a child theme). How can I remove the white bar above the header?

    2. My footer is very minimal with a max-height of about 35px. I do not use the footer widget section at all (.sub-footer section) but I find that the Currency tooltip menu goes under the Body section of the page. How can I correct this to hover above the Body section?

    3. How do I change the Add Room button to Add Package, I want vendors to sell bookable packages that is not rooms or products? Or how can I Create a new bookable post type for Services with Packages that can be booked.

    4. I have a question regarding how Payments for bookings/products:
    4.1 Where do users vendors insert their banking details to be paid to? Is this automatically worked into the WooCommerce Addon because it kind of feels like thats the purpose of the custom Woocommerce plugin. If a user were to book a service package and pay instantly, how is this payment processed?
    4.2 Can I make a User registration page, instead of jumping straight to creating a new listing? I want vendors to create a profile first before adding a listing.

    5. The menu is appearing off-screen, how can I fix this?

    Thanks in advance

    4.1 Where do users vendors insert their banking details to be paid to?

    –> No, it’s site owner bank info ( from Settings -> CityBook Add-Ons -> Payments tab)

    Is this automatically worked into the WooCommerce Addon because it kind of feels like thats the purpose of the custom Woocommerce plugin. If a user were to book a service package and pay instantly, how is this payment processed?

    –> No. You have to use other payment method ( paypal, stripe.. )

    1,2 – Send me your site address to check.

    3 – You can use translation plugin (Loco Translate ) to change the text.

    4.2 Can I make a User registration page, instead of jumping straight to creating a new listing? I want vendors to create a profile first before adding a listing.

    –> Yes. Currently, user must login and subscribed to a membership plan to submit listing. Read more details about author membership at: https://docs.cththemes.com/docs/author-membership/

    5 – use this custom css code in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional Code field

    .header-user-menu ul {
        left: auto;
        right: -30px;
    }

    Hi, sorry for delayed reply. Just came back from a business trip.

    1. My website is https://cheshireclassifieds.com – I temporarily activated the search in case you need to see where the issue lies.

    2. Currency tool underlap – Please see on my website URL why this drop-up menu is going under the website content.

    3. Will try this out thanks.

    4.1 Yes I know that, but I don’t understand if user books a room then how will other Listing Author get paid? Do they not get paid to their own bank account for bookable packages? (By the way, I am using PayFast – but not sure really how the payment structure works in CityBook. Because all booking widgets are sending shopping items to the users cart instead of just an email to the user)

    4.2 With regards to user registration: I want any user to first Register as user from the modal pop-up sign-in menu – and then redirected to the page where to insert profile info on the page: https://cheshireclassifieds.com/blog/author/purplekitty/ after that user can decide if they want to create free listing or choose Plan. ( Almost like facebook, sign in – then user can choose to be a user or a business)

    5. WORKED! Thanks!!

    3. Loco Translate solved my problem thanks! Will I lose the existing English(US) translations if any plugins or theme gets updated?
    Thanks a lot for this fix!

    3 – You have to save translations to System folder: https://docs.cththemes.com/docs/advance-features/theme-and-plugin-translations/theme-update/

    1 – You should edit Hero Section element to set it margin-top to -80px instead of -66px;

    2 – try this css code

    footer.main-footer {
       overflow: visible;
    }

    Hi. Thanks so much for assistance. All of it worked and also found the currency tooltip css selector I was looking for. Thanks.

    What about User Registrtion question? To put it more simply, how can I redirect New Registered Users to Edit User Profile page instead of Submitting New Listing?

    You have to change redirect link from add-ons plugin’s file: http://prntscr.com/oditnd
