    Hi there,

    In your demo I haven’t been able to view what a default template is for a team member detail page.

    I have gone back to your demos and I can’t find an example of a completed team member page. I found this one but it is incomplete:

    Angling darma

    I think I was expecting that there was a specific format where the photo, job title, social media links would be used on the page automatically.

    I have put a team member page together but it doesn’t want to put in a header background at all so all the content is moved up. As well I manually put in her photo and such.

    The other issue I’m having is that my client isn’t going to have all the social media options that are showing right now. There are # for facebook, twitter and instagram. I have tried to remove the # and leave them blank but after I update the page the # come back.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Tanya

    you can edit the first row with 200px padding-top on Design Options tab.

    So there is no defined design for the team member detail page. We need to come up with our own design. Is that right?

    Where is the design options tab? On the team member detail page? Sorry I can’t see a design options tab.

    1, enable Visual Composer for member posts: http://prntscr.com/ghrkgn

    2, then you can edit the page using VC builder layout ( as pages and portfolios )

    I’ve edited single-member.php file to add header background to the page then you don’t need using empty space

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the customization however it is now showing the blog header. I need it to show the header on the individual team pages that I have setup.

    On the individual team pages when I edit them I have the abililty to upload a banner. I have done that but it’s not showing up.

    Now there is a blog banner which is at least something other than a white space but it’s not the right image.

    Can the banner use the one that I have set on the individual team pages or maybe can it use a generic image?

    I have another support ticket open to find out how I can change the generic/default banner. Right now if I create a new page it uses a generic banner that came with your theme. We want to use the attached image as the generic banner.

    Thanks
    Tanya

    1, check if you can change the member page header?

    2, it’s \wp-content/themes/inspired/bg/page-header.jpg image file. You can replace with yours.

    #2, yes, it will be override when update theme. You can use this style instead:

    .inner-head {
           background-image: url(your_image_link);
    }

    Hi, I noticed that the second question in this thread hasn’t been addressed yet (or I missed it) and this is actually the problem that I am having. I can’t seem to disable the facebook, twitter and instagram icons in the members page. I only need to show the linkedin icons as it is a corporate website. How can I achieve this?

    since the question was already asked here, I thought it would seem logical to ask my question here as well. If you prefer that I start a new thread. please let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    You will probably want to submit a new ticket. This one never got answered by the developers. I put in code to hide the social media as my client didn’t need it showing. That’s how I fixed the issue.
