Text over Image

    Can someone tell me how I can get text over this image? I have attached a picture with a green box where I would like the text to be. Keep in mind, this is not a background. Background images seems to take the full width of the screen which I wanted the image only in the width of the information of the page. It also seems I can not load a slider either to the the slider taking the full width of the screen UNLESS I can control the width of the slider somehow…
