The intro page hangs up

    Recently i have been getting many issues with cashemir template. I have already asked support to help me in optimizing some k2 queries which are taking too much time to execute and thus running out of execution time on my server. I am getting internal server error due to this. Another one is about the intro page where the number countdown is shown. The countdown stops at 97 or 99 and hangs up for minutes until it reaches 100 and page is shown.

    Please look into this matter !! I am really looking forward for a positive reply from your side.

    This is really not so professional. I feel sorry for being a customer to envato which always proved to be a great customer oriented company. But now i guess no one bothers about the issues of their clients and moreover envato is also not serious about their bugs and loose coding provided in their templates.

    I have been waiting for reply on my issue posted on 11 August 2015 and its going to be almost one month and there is no reply for my issue.

    You need also enable server Cache (http://awesomescreenshot.com/0f0589k9f2) and Gzip compress (http://awesomescreenshot.com/0d1589kd92) from Global Configuration menu.

    Both the settings from global configuration are set as you said right from the first day of site launch. These configuration settings are not new for me and i am familiar with them. I really dont think that the K2 queries which are getting killed can really be optimized using these settings.

    These K2 queries which are getting killed are taking php memory space more than alloted one and thus creating internal server error on my live site. I also get memory allocation error from joomla libraries which handles memory limits. I had to comment that part of code to bring my site live as no one is ready from your side to take that responsibility of optimizing K2 queries.

    Now when i am trying to edit any of the menus, i am getting ‘ menu location required ‘ issue because of the commented part of code from joomla libraries. I am not being able to add or edit any of the menus. I am really feeling bad about buying this template and now getting tonnes of bad words from my client.

    Is anyone from themeforest is ready to help me in this ???
