    Hello, Support.
    I want to use “Widget booking” for bookings as I need only date and time and number of guests.
    But this widget doesnt show a price of a listing nor additional services.
    Could you advice me what I should do?
    And is that possible to pay only a deposit (%) for booking?

    –> It’s not possible for online payment ( paypal, stripe ).
    If you want to use bank-transfer, ask user send you deposit of booking.

    Hello,
    Thanks for quick response.

    I need your advice. Because General Booking (new) has one minus for me. It requires to pick a time range (ex. October 3 – October 4). But I need only to pick one date (ex.October 3).
    My listing type is to book a taxi service at specific time and specific date (October 3 15:00).
    How can I do this?

    2 – Show Time Slots instead of time picker: https://prnt.sc/pe8nq7
    Then use Time Slots (New) element to add slots on listing edit page: https://prnt.sc/pe8o1w

    I only disabled checkout field and it is now perfect for me as a customer can pick any date, any time and show quantity of guests (I didnt need time slot).

    Hello,

    One more thing. Is that possible to add text field like “Note” or “Additional info” into General Booking Widget?
    It is just to know if customer has any special requests or info for us.

    That would be because you cant make a purchase on your own listing 🙂

    Try creating a new Listing Subscriber/Login with Facebook or Google account to test out user functionality in Incognito.

    I have tried to book via another user. But still there is not found any text area to leave any note for the author.

    Edit your listing type post -> Single tab -> Listing sub-tab to use Booking Inquiry (NEW) widget instead of Widget Booking element https://prnt.sc/pfvqr3 ( for booking form )

    Moreover, I couldnt find the plugin to update the existing plugins of citybook (archia add-ons).

    If you can’t see CTHthemes Update menu, use Enable Auto Update option on Appearance -> Customize -> General Options.

    Here is the error message a user gets when he tries to book (Booking Inquiry widget).
    I dont know what it means. Could you help me to figure out what I should do?

    2) User does not have to pay for the booking if we use Booking Inquiry widget?

    OK. After change of number in woocommerce integration, it is not redirecting to cart.
    My question is if I use ex. Product Booking widget for other lysting type in the future, I dont have to change this again?

    Yes, it redirect to cart directly.
